Виконувач обов’язків міністра внутрішніх справ Болгарії Іван Демерджієв у п’ятницю оголосив про запровадження надзвичайного стану у двох муніципалітетах через зростання міграційного тиску.
Про це повідомляє BNR.
Надзвичайний стан буде діяти в муніципалітетах Свіленград і Тополовград області Хасково до 29 вересня. За словами Демерджієва, він має на меті запобігти „людським втратам, значному пошкодженню майна населення та економіки, а також шкоді довкіллю” вздовж турецько-болгарського кордону.
Пізніше стало відомо, що надзвичайний стан у зв’язку з напливом мігрантів можуть запровадити ще у двох прикордонних областях – Бурґас і Джамбол.
За даними МВС Болгарії, з початку 2022 року кордон із Туреччиною намагалися перетнути майже 104 тисячі людей, що в майже 3,5 раза більше, ніж минулоріч. Лише за цей тиждень кількість нелегальних мігрантів на болгарсько-турецькому кордоні зросла до 5864 із 5254.
Водночас у болгарській владі заспокоюють, що не бачать підстав для зростання кількості нелегальних мігрантів у країні в подальші дні.

Як заявили в мінохорони здоров’я США, цей крок має на меті прискорити розповсюдження вакцини проти цього захворювання, передає власний кореспондент Укрінформу.
За даними Центрів контролю та профілактики захворювань, від першого офіційного випадку виявлення мавпячої віспи в США вірусом у країні заразилися понад 6,6 тисячі людей. Це найбільша кількість зареєстрованих випадків у світі.
У зв’язку із таким розвитком подій уряд США неодноразово піддавався критиці із закликами докласти більших зусиль для зменшення динаміки захворюваності. У окремих американських штатах, таких як Нью-Йорк, Іллінойс, Сан-Франциско надзвичайна ситуація була введена раніше.

Як повідомляє Newsmaker, пише „Європейська правда”, про це у телеефірі заявив міністр сільського господарства Владімір Боля.
За його словами, посуха створює надзвичайну ситуацію для сільського господарства і запровадження такого режиму спростить для фермерів доступ до води зі ставків.

Знизився і рівень грунтових вод, від яких залежить вода в артезіанських скважинах.
Міндовкілля Молдови рекомендувало водопостачальним підприємствам запровадити планові відключення води у певні години.

Повідомляється, що подібне рішення дозволило чиновникам подолати бюрократичну тяганину і почати боротьбу з кризою охорони здоров’я, яка нагадує епідемію СНІДу, що спустошувала місто в 1980-х роках, пише „Факти”
– Ми перебуваємо в дуже страшному місці. І ми не хочемо, щоб федеральний уряд нас ігнорував. Багато лідерів ЛГБТ-спільноти кілька тижнів тому просили про додаткову допомогу, підтримку і сприяння, — заявила мер.
За її словами, місто відчайдушно потребує вакцин.
За даними Департаменту охорони здоров’я Сан-Франциско, в місті зареєстрований 281 випадок з приблизно 800 в штаті Каліфорнія і 4 600 по країні.
Нестача вакцини в країні призвела до того, що люди годинами стоять в черзі за дефіцитними дозами, і часто їм відмовляють, коли вони закінчуються.
Члени спільноти ЛГБТ висловили розчарування в діях Департаменту охорони здоров’я, який не надав основну інформацію про тестування або наявність вакцини.

Прем’єр-міністр оголосив надзвичайний стан на всій території Шрі-Ланки, а в західній провінції (там де знаходиться столиця) було введено комендантську годину. Це сталося після того, як утік президент Готабайя Раджапакса, і в країні спалахнула нова хвиля протестів.

Сьогодні протестувальники зібралися перед офісом прем’єр-міністра Шрі-Ланки Раніла Вікрамасінгхе, який став виконувачем обов’язків президента після втечі Раджапакса.
Вікрамасінгхе заявив, що піде у відставку після формування всепартійного тимчасового уряду, але жителі Шрі-Ланки хочуть, щоб він пішов негайно.
«Якщо надвечір ми не почуємо про відставку президента і прем’єр-міністра, нам, можливо, доведеться зібратися і захопити парламент чи іншу урядову будівлю», — заявив один із протестувальників.

Уряд Чехії до кінця червня продовжив надзвичайний стан, який ввели в країні у березні, щоби швидше та ефективніше впоратися з хвилею українських біженців. Про це повідомляється на офіційній сторінці уряду.
Ініціативу уряду Петра Фіали про продовження дії надзвичайного стану Палата представників схвалила ще минулого тижня. Без попереднього схвалення парламенту уряд у Чехії може оголосити надзвичайний стан лише на тридцять днів. Якщо це згодом не буде схвалено парламентом, цей захід утратить чинність. Всі інші продовження надзвичайного стану вже потребують попереднього схвалення парламенту.
Уряд сподівається, що до кінця червня парламент ухвалить усі зміни до закону, які необхідні через українських біженців. Нинішній надзвичайний стан жодним чином не впливає на населення Чехії.
За даними міністерства внутрішніх справ Чехії, станом на середу 355 тисяч українських біженців отримали спеціальні візи, які дають їм право на проживання, медичне забезпечення, працевлаштування та навчання протягом року.
Міністр внутрішніх справ Віт Ракушан на нараді з очільниками регіонів повідомив, що, за даними міністерства, 75-80 відсотків українських біженців перебуває в Чехії. За оцінкою міністерства внутрішніх справ, кількість українських біженців у Чехії становить від 262 500 до 280 тисяч осіб. Наразі в міграційній службі зареєструвалися 260 тисяч українських біженців. «Усі ці факти свідчать про те, що Чехія є цільовою країною українських біженців», – зазначив Віт Ракушан в ефірі чеського суспільного телеканалу.

Уряд, реалізуючи своє право, гарантоване конституцією, сьогодні з опівночі оголошує надзвичайний стан через війну, повідомив прем’єр-міністр Угорщини Віктор Орбан у відео, опублікованому у Facebook.
«Уряд, який нині склав присягу, негайно взявся до роботи. Ми не втрачали ні хвилини, тому що по сусідству йде війна. Війна, кінця якій ніхто не бачить», – повідомив прем’єр.
Віктор Орбан наголосив: ця війна становить постійну загрозу для Угорщини, ставить під загрозу нашу фізичну безпеку, а також ставить під загрозу енергопостачання та фінансову безпеку економіки й сімей.
«Ми бачимо, що війна і санкції Брюсселя призвели до величезного економічного потрясіння і різкого зростання цін. Світ стоїть на порозі економічної кризи. Угорщина повинна залишатися осторонь цієї війни та захищати фінансову безпеку сімей», – заявив прем’єр-міністр.
За словами Віктора Орбана, для цього потрібен простір для маневру та негайна здатність діяти, тому уряд сьогодні з опівночі оголошує надзвичайний стан через війну, реалізуючи своє право, гарантоване Основним законом. Як і надзвичайний стан, запроваджений під час епідемії, це дозволить уряду негайно відреагувати та захистити Угорщину і угорські родини всіма можливими засобами.
«Завтра поінформую вас про наші перші рішення», – підсумував прем’єр-міністр.
Уряд Угорщини неодноразово заявляв, що чітко виступає за якнайшвидше відновлення миру і водночас за інтереси безпеки Угорщини. Однак через тривалу війну, плани щодо санкцій у Брюсселі та економічні наслідки вважає, що введення надзвичайного стану є особливо обґрунтованим.

Уряд Чехії хоче продовжити режим надзвичайного стану, запровадженого через наплив біженців з України, ще на місяць – до кінця червня.
Про це повідомляє Česká televize, пише „Європейська правда”.
Палата представників ще має схвалити пропозицію уряду. Вона розгляне її у четвер. За чинними нормами режим надзвичайного стану закінчиться 31 травня.
Він дає змогу уряду вживати далекосяжних кризових заходів щодо ситуації з біженцями без схвалення парламенту.
„Поки що ми можемо впоратися з безпрецедентною хвилею біженців, але для того, щоб продовжувати так добре керувати ситуацією, ми домовилися, що необхідно буде просити Палату депутатів продовжити надзвичайний стан ще на тридцять днів”, – сказав глава уряду Петер Фіала.
Від початку російського вторгнення 24 лютого понад 345 тисяч українців отримали дозвіл на перебування в Чехії. Ймовірно, деякі з них вже покинули країну.
У 2020 та 2021 роках в Чехії неодноразово вводився режим надзвичайного стану, щоб краще боротися з пандемією коронавірусу.
Урядовці наголошують, що, на відміну від надзвичайного стану під час епідемії коронавірусу, цього разу він не обмежує громадян Чехії.
Чехія запровадила надзвичайний стан у зв’язку з прибуттям тисяч людей, які тікають від війни в Україні, на початку березня.

У Чернівецькій області із суботи, 14 березня, вводиться режим надзвичайної ситуації з метою запобігання поширенню коронавірусної інфекції, – заявив у відеозверненні глава Чернівецької ОДА Сергій Осачук у п’ятницю ввечері.
Голова облдержадміністрації розповів, що, як стало відомо, в Чернівецькій області вже зафіксовано другий підтверджений випадок коронавірусу, – і тепер це не тільки Чернівці, а й один із районів області. «Це спонукає і дає підстави для введення із завтрашнього дня режиму надзвичайної ситуації на території Чернівецької області», – зазначив Сергій Осачук. Він також наголосив на необхідності усвідомити, що «ефективний захист – це максимально соціальна відповідальна поведінка і недопущення масового скупчення населення на одній території».
У
зв’язку з цим в області із 14 березня обмежують роботу ринків, крім продуктових
секторів. Всі інші гіпермаркети, супермаркети, торговельні центри до 3 квітня будуть
закриті, – цитує Осачука портал Лівий Берег.
