A munkácsi járási rendőrség és az Ukrán Biztonsági Szolgálat (SZBU) leleplezett egy bűnbandát, akik kábítószer-kereskedéssel foglalkoztak a város, illetve a járás területén.
Az információk szerint a szervező egy külföldi személy, aki Ukrajnában él, s beszervezett két munkácsi férfit, akik közül az egyik büntetett előéletű. Az elkövetők különösen veszélyes kábítószereket, például alfa-PVP-t, ópiumkivonatot és marihuánát terjesztettek. Havi bevételük nagyjából 1,5 millió hrivnya volt.

A nagyszőlősi rendőrség alkalmazottai letartóztattak egy helyi drogdílert. Az elkövető az árut valóban átadta, és cserébe készpénzt kapott. Kábítószer-értékesítés miatt akár 10 év börtönbüntetésre is számíthat, vagyonelkobzással.
A nagyszőlősi rendőrség bűnügyi osztálya operatív információkat kapott az egyik falu lakosáról, aki a járásban kábítószer-kereskedelemmel foglalkozik.

Drogkereskedő bandát számoltak fel a horvátországi Split-Dalmát megyében, a művelet során 19 embert állítottak elő – közölte szerdán a horvát rendőrség.
A horvát nyomozóhatóságon kívül a német ügyészség is részt vett az akcióban.
A közlemény szerint a 19 horvát állampolgárt – akik ellen bűnszövetségben elkövetett kábítószer-kereskedelem megalapozott gyanúja miatt folyik eljárás – szerdán vették őrizetbe a hatóságok. Ugyanennek a bűnbandának több tagja már börtönben van – tették hozzá.
Davor Bozinovic belügyminiszter újságíróknak elmondta: olyan akcióról van szó, amelyben a szervezett bűnözés elleni ügyészség (USKOK) együttműködött más nemzetközi szervezetekkel. A rendőrök több helyszínen tartottak kutatást, amelynek során valamivel kevesebb mint egy tonna Dél-Amerikából származó kokaint és marihuanát, valamint 100 kilogramm hasist foglaltak le – mutatott rá.
A tárcavezető hozzátette: egy újabb sikeres bűnügyi nyomozást és közös akciósorozatot sikerült végrehajtani, amivel a horvát rendőrség a leghatékonyabbak közé tartozik, és egyre nagyobb szerepet vállal a kábítószer-csempészet elleni küzdelemben Európának ezen a részén.

Három másik gyereket kórházba szállítottak, miután a bronxi bölcsődében narkotikummal fertőződtek. Két embert letartóztatott a rendőrség.
Az egy éves Nicholas Dominici alig egy hetet töltött a bölcsődében, majd kábítószer-túladagolásban meghalt. A bölcsőde átkutatása során kiderült, hogy a kiságy matraca alatt rejtegették a fentanilt, ami az egyik legerősebb szintetikus kábító fájdalomcsillapító. A kisfiú feltehetően a délutáni alvás közben minden nap belélegezte a kábírószert. Három másik gyereket kórházba szállítottak, akik feltehetően szintén belélegezték a fentanilt. Az egyikük még csak 8 hónapos.
A rendőrség két embert tartóztatott le kábítószerrel való visszaélés és gyilkosság vádjával. Egyikük a bronxi bölcsőde tulajdonosa, Grei Mendez, másik a bérlő, Carlisto Avecedo Brito. A manhattani ügyész, Damien Williams azt mondta, az ügyészség szerint a vádlottak megmérgeztek négy csecsemőt, egyet meg is öltek közülük, mert kábítőszer-kereskedelemre használták a bölcsődét.
Kábítószer-kereskedelmi központ a bölcsődében
A házkutatás során egy kilogramm fentanilt találtak az egyik kiságy matraca alatt, ahol a gyerekeket altatták. Ezen kívül a rendőrök találtak a kábítószer összenyomásához és csomagolásához használt eszközt is.
„Egy bölcsődében a gyerekeknek biztonságban kellene lenniük és nem drogokkal körülvéve, ami megöli őket egy pillanat alatt” – Damien Williams ügyész.
A rendőrség szerint a felfedezett drog mennyisége akár 500 ezer ember megölésére is elegendő lenne. A házban lévő biztonsági kamerák felvétele szerint, amikor a tulajdonos, Grei Mendez észrevette, hogy a gyerekek nincsenek jól, előbb felhívta a férjét, majd utána a mentőket. A férfi ezek után két tele bevásárlószatyorral távozott az épületből a hátsó kijáraton. Grei Mendez letartóztatása előtt körülbelül 20 ezer üzenetet törölt a telefonjáról, ám ezeket később a szakemberek visszaállították. A mentők néhány perccel később érkeztek.
A férjet a rendőrség még keres. Grei Mendez ügyvédje szerint a vádlott nem tudta, hogy kábítószert rejtegetnek a bölcsődéjében.

Az Egyesült Arab Emírségek rendőrsége egy 13 tonnányi kábítószer-szállítmányt foglalt le a dubaji kikötőben. Az amfetaminok közé tartozó Captagon tablettáit ajtókban és épületek díszítőpaneljeiben rejtették el. A szállítmány értékét több mint egymilliárd dollárra becsülte az ország belügyminisztériuma, írta a CNN.
A dubaji rendőrség azt közölte, hogy hat olyan embert tartóztattak le, akik egy nemzetközi bűnözői kartell tagjai, és a világ egyik legnagyobb Captagon-csempészeti műveletén dolgoztak.
A tablettákat a rendőrség szerint innovatív csempészmódszerekkel rejtették el, 432 darab csúcskategóriás bútorlapba és 651 vasból és fából készült, professzionálisan megmunkált ajtóba rejtve, és ezekből csak több nap alatt sikerült kiszedni az összes tablettát, közölte a belügyminisztérium.
Az Egyesült Arab Emírségek hatóságai 2019 óta több százezer Captagon tablettát foglaltak le. Idén júniusban az Abu-dzabi Vámhivatal közölte, hogy 2019 eleje és idén május között közel 175 000 tablettát foglaltak le.
A Captagon eredetileg egy szintetikus stimuláns, a fenetilint tartalmazó gyógyszer márkaneve volt, de már régóta nem gyártják hivatalosan, a Közel-Keleten viszont népszerű kábítószerré vált. Szakértők szerint a globális Captagon-termelés központja Szíria, és az Öböl-államok számítanak elsődleges célországoknak.
Szíria elszigeteltségének feloldásához az Öböl-államoknak elemi közegészségügyi érdeke is fűződik, mert Damaszkusz legfontosabb bevételét a drogtermelés- és csempészet jelenti. A rezsim lényegében megörökölte a 2017-ig Szíria területének keleti harmadát meghódító Iszlám Államtól a Captagon gyártását, melyre ráállította a szénhidrogén-export híján sok üres kapacitással rendelkező vegyiparát, biztonsági erői pedig a szomszédos országokba irányuló, 10 milliárd dollár értékűre becsült csempészetben segédkeznek. Az állami drogtermelés- és csempészet így azután valóságos függőségi járványt eredményezett a régióban, melynek kezelésére már diplomáciai eszközöket is be kell vetni.

Afganisztánban növekszik a világon a leggyorsabban a metamfetamintermelés, az országban és a térségben pedig ezzel egy időben jelentősen nőtt a metamfetamincsempészet az ENSZ Kábítószerellenőrzési és Bűnmegelőzési Hivatala (UNODC) vasárnap közzétett jelentése szerint.
A dokumentum szerint 2017 és 2021 között csaknem tizenkétszer annyi mennyiséget foglaltak le a hatóságok metamfetaminból, mint korábban.
A vélhetően Afganisztánból származó kábítószer eljutott az Európai Unió és a Közel-Kelet országaiba, Délkelet-Ázsiába és Kelet-Afrikába is – teszik hozzá a jelentésben.
Az UNODC rámutatott arra is, hogy jóllehet az országban a tálibok 2021-es hatalomátvétele nyomán visszaesett a heroinkereskedelem, Afganisztán még mindig a világ egyik legjelentősebb ópiumtermelőjének számít.
Míg Afganisztánban 2019-ben összesen kevesebb mint 100 kiló metamfetamint foglaltak le, 2021-ben már 2700 kiló metamfetaminra csaptak le a hatóságok, azonban – megfelelő adatok híján – nem tudni, az elkobzott mennyiséget exportra szánták-e.
Angela Me, az UNODC kutatórészlegének vezetője újságíróknak azt mondta, a metamfetamin előállítása vélhetően könnyebb a bűnbandák számára, mivel nem kell megvárni a növekedést, mint a mák esetében.
„Nem kell hozzá föld, csak konyhai eszközök és szaktudás. A metamfetaminlaborokat bárhová el lehet vinni” – jelentette ki, hozzátéve, hogy Afganisztánban – a metamfetamingyártásról szintén ismert Mianmar és Mexikó mellett – megtalálható a csikófű nevű növény, amelyben a kábítószerhez is használt efedrin található.
A tálibok kormányra kerülésük után betiltották a máktermelést és sok mákültetvényt leromboltak. Egy magát megnevezni nem kívánó afgán egészségügyi tisztségviselő a sajtónak azt mondta, körülbelül 20 ezer embert, köztük 350 nőt kezelnek kórházban kábítószerrel – többnyire metamfetaminnal – kapcsolatos problémákkal. Hozzátette, hogy az ellátásra szorulók között gyerekek is vannak.
Az Afganisztánnal szomszédos Irán és Pakisztán hatóságai szintén azt közölték, 2019 és 2022 sokkal több, vélhetően Afganisztánból származó metamfetaminszállítmányra csaptak le, de francia és ausztrál hatóságok is hasonló bejelentést tettek.
A Kábítószer és Kábítószerfüggőség Európai Megfigyelőközpontja szerint az Európába irányuló metamfetaminkereskedelem a már bevált heroinkereskedelmi útvonalakat használja a helyi piacokon kristály vagy meth néven ismert szer terjesztésére.
