A Nemzeti Rendőrség kárpátaljai kirendeltsége leleplezett egy bűnszervezetet, amely drogkereskedéssel foglalkozott a megye területén. A hatóságok letartóztatták a bűnbanda két vezetőjét és három tagját.
A nyomozás során számos tárgyi bizonyítékot összegyűjtött a rendőrség, illetve eladásokat is rögzített. A bűnbandát a hatóságok speciális alakulatai tartóztatták le, a náluk végzett házkutatás során metamfetamint, kannabiszt, bankkártyákat, telefonokat, számítógépeket foglaltak le.

A beregszászi rendőrkapitánysághoz bejelentés érkezett, miszerint egy 43 éves helyi lakos kábítószer-kereskedéssel foglalkozik a járás területén.
A hatóságok a nyomozás során kiderítették, hogy a férfi saját otthonában fogadja ügyfeleit, metamfetamint árusít. A rendőrség munkatársai eladás közben tartóztatták le, a férfi mindeközben megpróbálta tagadni bűntettét, kidobta a kábítószert az ablakon. A helyszínen több tárgyi bizonyítékot is lefoglaltak, többek között pénzt, kábítószert és az ügyféllistát tartalmazó mobiltelefont.
Az ügyben büntetőeljárás indult, a tettesre hattól tíz évig terjedő szabadságvesztés, illetve vagyonelkobzás várhat.
A hírt a megyei rendőrség kommunikációs osztálya közölte.

A horvát hatóságok 745 kilogramm kokaint foglaltak le 20 millió euró értékben a fiumei (Rijeka) kikötőben – közölte szerdán a Tengermelléki-Fennsík megyei (Primorsko-goranska zupanija) rendőrség.
Mario Kovac, a korrupció és a szervezett bűnözés elleni országos rendőrkapitányság vezetője elmondta: a több mint fél tonna kokainra nem egyszerre, hanem az elmúlt három-négy hónap leforgása alatt bukkantak rá.
„Ami a drog mennyiséget illeti, a tíz legnagyobb fogás közé tartozik Horvátországban, ami pedig a tisztaságát, ez a legnagyobb a horvát rendőrség és vámhatóság történetében” – tette hozzá, hangsúlyozva, hogy 80-90 százalékos tisztaságú kokainról van szó.
Kiemelte: a szállítmányok különböző országokból és kikötőkből, főleg Dél-Amerikából, Kolumbiából és Bolíviából érkeztek.
A hatóságok egy kábítószer-kereső kutya segítségével nézték át a rakományokat, és amelyik konténernél jelzett az állat, azt kinyitották. A 745 kilogramm kokaint öt különböző konténerben foglalták le más-más időpontokban.
Fiume nem számít különösebben kiemelkedő kikötőnek a drogcsempészet szempontjából, de az elmúlt három évben a Földközi-tenger egész területén nőtt a drogfogások száma – húzta alá Kovac.

Az Ungvári Kerületi Ügyészség és a megyei ügyészség átadta a vádiratot a bíróságnak egy bűnbanda ügyében, mely kábítószer-kereskedéssel foglalkozott.
A nyomozás során kiderült, hogy az Ungvári járásban egy narkólabor működött, az ott készített kábítószert Ukrajna különböző régióiban értékesítették. Az ügy kapcsán összesen 14 személy – kárpátaljai, illetve Kijev, Lemberg, Dnyipropetrovszk és Mikolajiv megyei személy – áll bíróság elé.
A bűnbanda egy része azzal foglalkozott, hogy biztosítsa a kereskedőknek a kellő mennyiségű pszichotróp anyagot, a többiek pedig már kizárólag az eladásra koncentráltak.
A bűnszervezet likvidálásában több mint 200 rendőrség munkatárs vett részt, akik 10 megyében végeztek házkutatásokat. Ezek során PVP előállításához szükséges alapanyagokat, feketekasszát, telefonokat, bankkártyákat és más tárgyi bizonyítékot foglaltak le. A lefoglalt bizonyítékok értéke több mint 45 millió hrivnya.
Az ügyben folynak a vizsgálatok, a tárgyalásra hamarosan sor kerül.

Minimum 7 tonna kokain illegális kereskedelmében vett részt az a tizenhárom férfi – az úgynevezett balkáni kartell tagjai –, akiket csütörtökön fogott el a szerbiai rendőrség az ország több városában végrehajtott, az Európai Rendőrségi Hivatallal (Europol) összehangolt akciójában – közölte Ninoslav Cmolic, a szerbiai bűnügyi rendőrség vezetője.
A tájékoztatás szerint Európa legnagyobb drogkartelljének vezetőit fogták el Belgrádban, Szabadkán és Nagybecskereken.
A húsztagú banda többi tagja már börtönbüntetését tölti más európai országokban.
A bűnügyi rendőrség vezetője közölte: a kábítószert 2020-ban foglalták le Európa több országában, ahová Dél-Amerikából Afrikán keresztül érkezett a kokain.
Ninoslav Cmolic arra is rámutatott, hogy a balkáni kartell más kartellektől függetlenül működött, a csütörtöki akcióval voltaképpen az egész bűnbandát felszámolták, azt viszont még vizsgálják, hogy mely más csoportokkal állt kapcsolatban.

Banán közé rejtett kokainszállítmányra csapott le a görög rendőrség, az ügyben tíz embert letartóztattak – jelentették be kedden az érintett hatóságok.
A beszámoló szerint a rendőrség 105 kilogrammot foglalt le a drogból. A gyanúsítottakat – hét görög és három albán állampolgárt – azzal vádolják, hogy a kábítószert Dél-Amerikából Európába csempészték.
A gyanúsítottakat az amerikai drogellenes ügynökséggel (DEA) folyó együttműködés keretében fogták el az észak-görögországi Szaloniki kikötővárosában. Egy további gyanúsítottat még keresnek az ügyben.
A kábítószer egy ecuadori banánszállítmány közé volt rejtve egy konténerben, amelyet egy teherhajóról rakodtak ki napokkal korábban.
A hatóságok beszámolója szerint a gyanúsítottakat tetten érték, amint kipakolták a kábítószert a szállítókonténer üreges részeiből. A rendőrség tájékoztatása szerint a szállítmány Észak-Macedóniába indult volna tovább. Szaloniki az egyik legnagyobb átrakodóhelye a balkáni országok piacaira irányuló áruknak.

Közel 9 tonna, tequilásüvegekbe töltött, folyékony metamfetamint foglaltak le a nyugat-mexikói Manzanillo kikötővárosban – számolt be az MTI a mexikói hatóságokra hivatkozva.
A 8640 kilogrammnyi kábítószert 11 520 tequilásüvegbe rejtve próbálták volna kicsempészni az országból. A drogot rendőrkutyák szimatolták ki az egyik konténerben vasárnap. A hatóságok által közzétett egyik fényképen látszanak az érett tequila színéhez hasonlóan barnás folyadékot tartalmazó üvegek.
Az igazi tequilát a világon kizárólag Mexikóban állítják elő. A statisztikák szerint a közép-amerikai ország ugyancsak nagy mennyiségben állít elő metamfetamint. A határátkelőkön rendszeresen kapcsolnak le drogcsempészeket, akik például az autójuk ablakmosójának tartályában csempészik a folyékony metamfetamint, amelyet aztán a víz kivonásával ismét kristályos állagúvá alakítanak át.

A hatósági becslés szerint a piacon mintegy 400 millió eurót érő drogszállítmányt a pénzügyőrség légi járőregységei azonosították a hálókra rögzített fényjelzőket észlelve a tengeren.
A hatóságok közlése szerint a drogot egy teherhajóról eresztették vízre, és a part közelében az olasz szervezett bűnözés halászta volna ki, de a pénzügyőrség gyorsabbnak bizonyult.
