A pozsonyi kerületi ügyészség hatalommal való visszaélés és igazságügyi eljárás akadályozása jogcímén indított büntetőeljárást Peter Kovarík szlovák országos rendőrfőkapitány ellen − jelentette az MTI. Az eljárást egy idén júliusban történt incidensre hivatkozva indították meg.
A rendőrfőkapitány ideiglenesen meghiúsította, hogy a belügyminisztérium belső ellenőrzési hivatala (ÚIS) végrehajtson egy akciót a rendőrség egy speciális egységében, a Nemzeti Bűnüldözési Ügynökségben (NAKA).
Az akcióban az ÚIS három olyan úgynevezett „vezeklő tanút” akart őrizetbe venni, akik vallomásai alapján a NAKA több eljárást folytatott és folytat. Az ÚIS akcióját azzal indokolta, hogy szerintük a NAKA rendőrei esetleg befolyásolhatták a vezeklő tanúk vallomásait, ezért akarta inkább az ÚIS végrehajtani az őrizetbevételt.
Az országos rendőrfőkapitány az ÚIS akciójának meghiúsítását azzal indokolta, hogy annak nyomozótisztje az akció végrehajtásához nem rendelkezett megfelelő engedéllyel. Az őrizetbevételeket célzó akciót némi késéssel később sikerült végrehajtani, három személy közül azonban akkor már csak egyet tudtak őrizetbe venni.
Kovaríkot időközben már ki is hallgatták, aki az MTI-nek is eljuttatott állásfoglalásában visszautasította a vele szemben felhozott vádakat és közölte, hogy panasszal élt az eljárás ellen, illetve elfogultságra hivatkozva óvást emelt a pozsonyi kerületi ügyészség valamennyi ügyészével szemben.
Kovarík egy éven belül már a harmadik szlovák rendőrfőkapitány, aki ellen eljárás indul. Az előző két rendőrfőkapitányt, Tibor Gaspart és Milan Lucanskyt tavaly novemberben, illetve decemberben vették vizsgálati fogságba korrupciós vádakkal.

Tömegesen pusztulnak a halak a Duna egyik mellékfolyóján, a Garam középső szakaszán egy biogázállomás kiömlött fermentációs hulladéka miatt − közölte a Ma7. A hírt megerősítette a helyi horgászszövetség és a biogázállomás vezetője is.
A víz zavaros és büdös volt, a döglött halak pedig a víz tetején úsztak. A horgászok jelentették az esetet a hatóságoknak, ezt követően a környezetvédelmi felügyelet és a rendőrség is a helyszínre érkezett.
A fermentációs folyadék egy vihar után került bele a folyó vizébe, amikor rádőlt egy fa a tartályra, ami megsérült. Az erős esőzés mintegy négyszáz köbméter hulladékot mosott egy közeli patakba, innen a folyóba került.
A folyóból Bezeréte környékén mintegy hatszáz kilogramm haltetemet szedtek ki a horgászok. Garamszentkeresztnél is sok döglött halat találtak. A pusztulás a környéken élő fajok mindegyikét érintette. A horgászok szerint ez egy ökológiai katasztrófa, aminek a kiheverésére több évre lesz szükség.

Az Érsekújvári járáshoz tartozó bellegszencsei termálfürdő vizében olyan mértékű radioaktivitást mutattak ki, ami jelentősen meghaladja az egészségügyi határértéket – írja a szlovák közszolgálati adó (RTVS) alapján a bumm.sk.
Radioaktív anyagokat tartalmaz a bellegszencsei termálfürdő vize. A radioaktivitás szintje jelentősen meghaladja az egészségügyi határértéket. Mindezt megpróbálták eltitkolni, a rendőrség nyomoz az ügyben.
A Szlovák Környezetvédelmi Felügyelet (SIŽP) és a rendőrség megállapította, hogy a bellegszencsei (Podhájska) termálfürdő működtetői törvényt sértettek, és eltitkolták, hogy radioaktív anyagok kerültek a vízbe a geotermikus kútból. Erről Jana Žjak tájékoztatott szombaton a környezetvédelmi tárca kommunikációs osztályától.
„A minisztérium vezetése mindent megtesz azért, hogy ismét használhatóvá váljon a termálvíz Bellegszencse településen. Azonban nem folytatódhat a törvénysértés” – olvasható az állasfoglalásban.
A geotermikus kútból származó víz radioaktivitási szintje jelentősen meghaladja az egészségügyi határértéket. A rendőrség megállapításai szerint szándékosan eltitkolták ezt az információt a méréseket követően.
A rendőrségi nyomozásból kitűnik, hogy az előző környezetvédelmi tárca a meghamisított vízelemzések alapján engedélyezte a geotermikus víz használatát. A felügyelet szerint törvénytelenül szivattyúzták a vizet a kútból és használták fel a fürdőben. A fürdőt 130 000 eurós bírsággal sújtották, fellebbeztek a bírság ellen.
A geotermikus víz jogosulatlan szivattyúzása mellett a fürdő évekig illegálisan beleengedte a szennyvizet a Liska patakba, amely a Zsitvába (Žitava) folyik. „A szakértői elemzés alátámasztotta, hogy a bellegszencsei termálfürdőből származó víz miatt tönkrement a folyó és jelentős környezeti károk keletkeztek” – közölte a tárca.

A koalíció csökkentené a marihuána fogyasztásért járó drákói büntetéseket, a Progresszív Szlovákia parlamenten kívüli párt pedig aláírásgyűjtést szervez a szer legalizálása érdekében. Nyár végén kiderülhet, hogy változik-e a jogszabály.
A Progresszív Szlovákia aláírásgyűjtést indított, melynek célja a marihuána legalizálása. Közkedvelt témáról van szó, s ezt igazolja az is, hogy két nap alatt 7 ezer ember támogatta a Michal Šimečka és Martin Hojsík liberális európai parlamenti képviselők kezdeményezését. „Nyomást fogunk gyakorolni a parlamentre, hogy végre változtassák meg az emberek életét feleslegesen megkeserítő, ugyanakkor reális megoldásokat nem szolgáltató törvényeket. A civilizált országokban standard szabályozásnak számító alternatívát kínálunk” – áll a párt magyar platformjának Facebook-bejegyzésében. Összesen 4 pontot említenek: a gyógyászati célú marihuánahasználat engedélyezését, 5 növény termesztésének engedélyezését saját célra, ezen felül központot nyitnának minden járásban, és drasztikusan megemelnék a megelőzésre, ismeretterjesztésre, a biztonságos sport- és művészeti tevékenységre szánt költségvetési keretet. „Nemzetközi becslések szerint az egy személy börtönbüntetésével járó költségek elérik az évi 15 950 eurót, míg a szociális gondoskodás, illetve gyógykezelés mindössze évi 2740 euróba kerülne” – állítják.
Ellene
Az aláírásgyűjtés nem kerülte el az egykori szlovákiai magyar EP-képviselő figyelmét sem, Nagy József (Összefogás) felszólította „fiatal barátait”, hogy a „PS populista petícióját nem szabad támogatni”. Hozzátette, ezt annak ellenére mondja, hogy „maximálisan támogatom a legalizációs kezdeményezésekkel is kíváncsibbá tett és bátorított alkalmi felhasználók szigorú büntetéseinek enyhítését”. Azt állítja, ha hatalmon lesznek, saját javaslattal állnak elő, a konkrét elképzelésről azonban több nem derült ki. Nagy az aláírásgyűjtést azért nem javasolja, mert úgy véli: „Ez nem más, mint biznisz. Először legalizálni akarják, hogy azután egyszerre két virágzó, felszámolhatatlan üzletágat indíthassanak: a függőséget kiszolgáló kereskedést, és a függőség okozta kár enyhítését” – írja.
Mellette
A társadalmi nyomás erősödni kezdett, és egyre többen osztották meg történetüket, mikor néhány gramm fű miatt évekig rács mögé kerültek, vagy éppen valamilyen betegség tüneteinek enyhítésére használt marihuána miatt csukták be a család egyik tagját. A beszélgetésben részt vett a rendőrfőkapitány, a belügyminiszter és a függőségek gyógyításával foglalkozó szakemberek, valamint elismert jogi szakértők is.
Mária Kolíková (Za ľudí) igazságügyi miniszter azt ígérte, nyár végére kidolgozzák a reformjavaslatot, mely fő célja a fogyasztók és terjesztők közötti megkülönböztetés. A tárcavezető állítása szerint az enyhítést szorgalmazó törvényjavaslat tartalmazni fogja: a könnyű drog elkülönítését a kemény drogtól, a kiszabható büntetések egységesítését a kiszámíthatóság érdekében, a kihágásként kezelhető mennyiség meghatározását, illetve a fiatalok esetében elrendelhető gyógykezelés lehetőségét.
Kompromisszum
A kormánypártok egyetértettek abban, hogy az alacsonyabb büntetéseknél és az igazságosabb feltételeknél kell meghúzni a határt, a könnyű drog legalizálását már nem támogatják. A Za ľudí állásfoglalásában emlékeztetett, Juraj Šeliga, a párt alelnöke tavaly októberben bemutatott egy kompromisszumos javaslatot, mely célja nem a kábítószer legalizálása volt, hanem a saját használatra tartott adag pontosabb jogi definíciója, valamint a bírók számára nagyobb rugalmasság biztosítása, hogy az egyik oldalon szigorúan büntethessék a drogkereskedőket, a másik oldalon viszont megfelelően járhassanak el a fiatalokkal szemben, akiknek kis mennyiségű marihuána van a zsebükben. „Képtelenség, hogy az emberek egy füves cigaretta miatt börtönbe menjenek. Ezt meg kell változtatni” – válaszolta lapunknak a párt sajtóosztálya. „A javaslat tavaly nem lelt támogatásra a koalícióban, de a tárgyalások folytatódni fognak” – véli a legkisebb kormánypárt.
A Sme rodina tömören nyilatkozott kérdésünkre, mindössze annyit mondtak: „Már hosszú ideje arról beszélünk, hogy nem kellene legalizálni a marihuánát, de enyhíteni kell a tartásáért járó büntetési tételeket”.
Az OĽaNO szintén elismerte, hogy a kis mennyiségű marihuána birtoklásáért jelenleg kiszabható büntetések nem megfelelőek, ezért a párt politikusai „praktikus lépéseket” tettek az ügy érdekében. Példaként említették a parlament épületében megtartott konferenciát a témában. „Kristian Čekovský és Juraj Krúpa parlamenti képviselők jelenleg politikai megállapodást keresnek a törvénymódosításhoz, hogy Szlovákia európai szintre mozduljon ezen a téren” – áll a nyilatkozatban.
Az SaS megerősítette, valóban kompromisszumon dolgoznak a koalíción belül. Ondrej Šprlák, a párt szóvivője elmondta, ők már a választási programjukban is kiálltak az említett kábítószer törvényes használata mellett. „A marihuána legalizálása mellett fontosnak tartjuk az olyan megoldás felvetését is, amely lehetővé teszi, hogy a felhasználó anélkül jusson a saját fogyasztásra szánt növényhez, hogy az illegális üzletet kelljen támogatnia” – írja Šprlák. Kiemelte azt is, a programjukban azt javasolták, ha valakinél kis mennyiségben találnak zöld szárított növényt, kihágásként kezeljék az ügyet, ha pedig a lefoglalt adag nem haladja meg a két grammot, akkor elkobzással és szóbeli megegyezéssel a helyszínen rendezzék el a dolgot.
A megelőzés a kulcs
Az Országos Rendőrfőkapitányság szerint az uniós tagállamokhoz hasonlóan, Szlovákiában is a fű a leggyakrabban fogyasztott kábítószer. Ezt igazolják az egyes országok rajtaütési statisztikái, az esetek többségében az EU-ban, az USA-ban, Kanadában és Ausztráliában egyaránt a kenderrel kísérleteznek elsőként. František Novomeský patológus és közlekedésügyi szakember kutatása alapján azok a sofőrök, akiknél kimutatták a kábítószert és autóbalesetet szenvedtek, az esetek 80%-ban kannabiszt fogyasztottak, mielőtt a volán mögé ültek.
A rendőrség nagy erőkkel dolgozik a megelőzésen, évente több tucat ismeretterjesztő előadást és rendezvényt szerveznek gyerekeknek és fiataloknak. A szakértők az idősebb iskolásoknál fontosnak tartják a baráti társaság szerepét. „Több kutatás is igazolja, fontos, milyen közegben mozog a fiatal személy, milyen a tagok hozzáállása az alkoholhoz és a kábítószerhez” – mondta Michal Slivka, a rendőrség szóvivője. Hangsúlyozta, ha a kamasznak van hobbija, sportol vagy más kreatív tevékenységet végez, akkor általában kevésbé érdeklődik a kábítószerek iránt.

Több szlovákiai határátkelőn tartottak tüntetéseket, illetve forgalomlassító vagy az áthaladást ideiglenesen akadályozó akciókat pénteken a reggeltől hatályba lépett – a Szlovákiába érkezőkre és az országba hazatérőkre vonatkozó – szigorítások ellen tiltakozva – számolt be róla a szlovákiai sajtó.
A legnagyobb létszámú vagy az áthaladást több órán át gátló tiltakozó akciókra a szlovák-magyar határszakaszon a Rajka-Dunacsún, Esztergom-Párkány, Komárom-Révkomárom és Tornyosnémeti-Miglécnémeti határátkelőn, illetve több szlovák-cseh határátkelőn, köztük Svrcínovecnél került sor. A tiltakozó akciók következtében több helyütt torlódások, kocsisorok alakultak ki, ám a forgalom a rendőrség tájékoztatása szerint a délutáni órákra a legtöbb helyen visszatért a rendes kerékvágásba. A tiltakozók ugyanakkor sajtójelentések szerint több helyszínen jelezték, hogy a következő napokban folytatni készülnek a tiltakozó akcióikat.
A tiltakozások kiváltó oka a szlovák kormány azon intézkedése, amely szerint péntek reggeltől úgy szigorodtak a Szlovákiába érkezőkre és az országba hazatérőkre vonatkozó korlátozások, hogy a koronavírus ellen beoltottak – illetve néhány más csoportba sorolt személyek – kivételével a szlovák határt átlépőknek 14 napra karanténba kell vonulniuk.
A ma7.sk felvidéki magyar hírportál helyszíni jelentése szerint Révkomáromban mintegy százan tiltakoztak a szlovák kormány vonatkozó intézkedései ellen. A portál által megszólaltatott tüntetők leginkább azt kifogásolták, hogy a kormány intézkedései egyszerre logikátlanok és korlátozzák az emberi jogokat, ugyanakkor a munkába járó ingázókat lehetetlen helyzetbe hozzák.
„Szerintem ezek a mai tüntetések csak az országos méretű tiltakozó hullám kezdetét jelentik. Már fogytán a lakosság türelme, a kormány és a parlament kaotikus viselkedése miatt is további megmozdulások várhatók” – nyilatkozta a ma7.sk-nak az egyik tiltakozó Révkomáromban.
A péntektől érvényes intézkedések már hatályba lépésük előtt kiváltották a közvélemény jelentős részének, illetve több ellenzéki pártnak és más szervezetnek a bírálatát. A pozsonyi törvényhozás legnagyobb ellenzéki pártja, az Irány (Smer-SD) pedig az alkotmánybírósághoz fordult a szigorítás miatt, egyebek mellett azzal érvelve, hogy az intézkedéssel az állampolgárok két eltérő kategóriáját hozza létre a kormány, amelynek – vészhelyzeti állapot híján – egyébként sincs lehetősége határozatok formájában korlátozni az állampolgári jogokat.

Tornádó pusztított csütörtök este Dél-Morvaországban, legalább 150 ember megsérült és hatalmas anyagi károk keletkeztek – jelentette a közszolgálati cseh hírtelevízió (CT24).
A térségben rendkívül ritka, nagy erősségű szélvihar a legnagyobb károkat Hodonín és Breclav városok környékén okozta. A régióban mozgósították a mentőket, a tűzoltókat és a hadsereg speciális egységeit, amelyek azonnal megkezdték a mentési munkálatokat. Jan Hamácek belügyminiszter bejelentette, hogy válságstáb alakul a munkálatok irányítására.
Marek Babisz, a Breclavhoz közeli Hrusky község alpolgármestere a televíziónak azt mondta, hogy a tornádó elpusztította a település felét.
„Településünkön tornádó söpört végig, amely a falu felét a földdel tette egyenlővé. Csak a házak falai maradtak meg, tetők és ablakok nélkül. A szélvihar megrongálta a templomot is, ledöntötte a templomtornyot és elvitte a tetőt. Tető nélkül maradt az iskolánk is. A vihar százéves fákat döntött ki. Szörnyű a helyzet” – ecsetelte a falu állapotát az alpolgármester.
Az erős szélvihar hasonló pusztítást végzett a szomszédos Moravská Nová Ves településen is. Marek Kosut, a falu polgármestere a televíziónak azt mondta, hogy több száz ház rongálódott meg.
Mindkét településen a szélvihar számos sérülést okozott. A televízió értesülései szerint több tucatnyi embert kellett kórházba szállítani. A hodoníni városi kórház megerősítette, hogy az esti órákban több tucatnyi sérült személyt kezeltek. A tornádó a városban egy autóbuszt is felborított és lesodort az útról. A buszbaleset sérültjei szintén kórházba kerültek.
Michaela Malachová, a meteorológiai intézet szakértője a CTK cseh hírügynökségnek nyilatkozva azt mondta, hogy a rendkívüli erejű szélvihar valószínűleg tornádó volt, bár ez a jelenség a régióban rendkívül ritka.

Ezzel szinte egy időben a Nagyszombati kerületben Sopornyán, illetve a Nyitrai kerületben Vicsápapátiban (Vičapy-Opatovce) is hasonló incidensre került sort. A rablók a robbantások után nem tudták kiüríteni az összes automatát.
Mivel a robbantásokra szinte egy időben került sor, a rendőrség nem zárja ki, hogy a három robbantásos rablás mögött egy csapat állhat. A Nagyszombati kerületben Sopornya községből röviddel hajnali négy előtt kapott bejelentést a rendőrség, hogy ismeretlen tettesek feltörtek egy pénzautomatát. A rendőrség tájékoztatása szerint a tettesek autóval érkeztek a községbe, majd ismeretlen robbanószerek segítségével felrobbantották az automatát. A robbantáskor az épület is megsérült, a keletkezett kár nagysága még nem ismert. Tegnapra virradóra a Nyitra megyei Vicsápapátiban is felrobbantottak egy pénzautomatát. A hatóságok rablási kísérlet és rongálás vádja miatt indítottak büntetőeljárást. A harmadik, ugyancsak robbantásos rablást Kassa megyében, Torna községben követték el, itt is hasonló időpontban csaptak le.
„Az előzetes vizsgálatok szerint Tornán legalább három tettes veszt részt a rablásban. A pénzautomata és az épület a robbantás során jelentősen megsérült, az előzetes becslések szerint a keletkezett kár a 77 ezer eurót is eléri. A tettesek azonban pénz nélkül távoztak, nem tudták kiüríteni az automatát. Szerencsére senki sem sérült meg a robbantásban, de ettől függetlenül nagy erőkkel dolgozunk az elkövetők felkutatásánˮ– tájékoztatta az Új Szót Jana Mésarová, a Kassai Kerületi Rendőr-kapitányság szóvivője.

Szlovákiában meghalt egy ember, miután a hétfői esőzések miatt megáradt Garam folyó átszakította a töltést és elöntötte Rudno nad Hronom (Garamrudnó) községét.
A folyó elöntötte az egész községet, családi házak pincéi kerültek víz alá. A tűzoltók nagykapacitású gépekkel szivattyúzzák ki a vizet az utcákról és a pincékből. Az egyik házból három személyt kellett kimenekíteni, miután képtelenek voltak kijutni.
A tűzoltóság tájékoztatása szerint a folyó erős sodrása magával ragadott egy embert, akit később holtan találtak meg. A helyszínre evakuációs autóbuszt és kétéltű járművet is kivezényeltek, amit a helyzet esetleges rosszabbodása esetén az emberek kimenekítésékor vehetnek majd igénybe.
A szlovák kormányhivatal kedden arról tájékoztatott, hogy a miniszterelnök a községbe tart, hogy felmérje a helyzetet.

Az interneten terjedő hírek szerint többen mentek el úgy oltásra Szlovákiában, hogy az internetes regisztráláskor azt hazudták, hogy stratégiai fontosságú ágazatban dolgoznak – írja az Új Szó.
A Pozsony megyei önkormányzat elnöke, Juraj Droba szerint az ilyen próbálkozások nemcsak energiát vesznek el az oltópontokon dolgozóktól, de az adatok ellenőrzése lassítja az oltás menetét. Arról is beszélt, hogy a csalók azt is kockáztatják, hogy ezután valós adataikkal sem tudnak bejelentkezni a rendszerbe, továbbá rendőrségi eljárás indul ellenük.
„Többtucatnyi ember beoltását utasítottuk már el azért, mert nem tudták igazolni, hogy egészségügyi alkalmazottak, gondozók, rendőrök, és így tovább” – mondta Juraj Droba.
A megyei önkormányzat egészségügyi osztályának igazgatója, Tomáš Szalay úgy véli, hogy az államnak kell vállalnia a felelősséget a regisztráláskor megadott adatok ellenőrzéséért, nem a megyének.
„Az oltási központban oltani kell, nem pedig az adatokat ellenőrizni bürokratikus módon, mint egy hivatalban. Nincs hozzáférésünk semmilyen állami adatbázishoz, amelyben ellenőrizhetnénk, hogy ki hol dolgozik. Az egyszerű jelentkezés helyett az oltóponton tucatnyi munkáltatói igazolás és a munkaszerződések bonyolult ellenőrzése zajlik, például a munkaköri leírásról”– hangsúlyozta az igazgató.
Pozsony megye azt javasolja, hogy az internetes jelentkezési űrlapon átmenetileg függesszék fel a stratégiai ágazatokban dolgozók regisztrálási lehetőségét.
