Az Oroszországi Föderáció utasítására gyújtottak fel a vasúti objektumokat és postahivatalokat: három régióban 5 gyanúsítottat vettek őrizetbe.
A rendfenntartók őrizetbe vettek öt embert, akiket gyújtogatással gyanúsítanak Kijev, Vinnicja és Szumi régiókban. A bűnözők akár életfogytiglan börtönbüntetést is kaphatnak, számolt be Ukrajna Biztonsági Szolgálata.
A nyomozás adatai szerint az Oroszországi Föderáció speciális szolgálatai a szabotázs megszervezése érdekében online toboroztak helyi munkanélkülieket, akik a Telegram csatornáikon kerestek „könnyű” kereseti lehetőségeket.
A kijevi régióban a rendfenntartók őrizetbe vették Fasztov két, 25 és 29 éves lakosát, akiket azzal gyanúsítanak, hogy felgyújtották az Ukrposta és az Ukrzaliznicja létesítményeinek helyi irodáját.
Ezenkívül Vinnyicában őrizetbe vettek egy házaspárt, akik a Biztonsági Szolgálat elmondása szerint felgyújtottak két jelzőberendezésekkel ellátott relészekrényt, amelyek az Ukrzaliznicja fontos szakaszain szabályozták a forgalmat.
Két Hnyivan városában élő visszaeső bűnözőről van szó: egy 28 éves nőről, aki okirat-hamisítás miatt büntetett előéletű volt, és 29 éves barátjáról, aki korábban lopásért töltötte le büntetését.
Emellett Szumiban őrizetbe vettek egy 27 éves helyi lakost, aki a nyomozás szerint felgyújtotta a vasúti összeköttetés két relészekrényét, és további szabotázsokat készített elő a régióközpontban.
Minden fogvatartottal ismertették Ukrajna Büntető Törvénykönyvének 113. cikke 2. része alapján (hadiállapot idején elkövetett szabotázs).
Megjegyzés: Ukrajna Alkotmányának 62. cikkelye értelmében egy személyt ártatlannak kell tekinteni bűncselekmény elkövetésében, és nem vethető ki rá büntetőjogi büntetés mindaddig, amíg bűnösségét jogerősen be nem bizonyítják és a bírósági határozat nem állapítja meg.

Vasárnap reggel tűz ütött ki a litván védelmi minisztérium vilniusi épületében – úgy tűnik, az őrizetbe vett gyanúsított több más objektumot is felgyújtott, köztük a Legfőbb Ügyészség épületét is. A hírt az LRT közölte.
A tűzoltóság helyzeti koordinációs osztálya szerint a tűz reggel 7 óra körül keletkezett. 7 óra 12 perckor érkezett bejelentés, hogy a védelmi inisztérium épületében bekapcsolt a tűzjelzőt, s az első emeleten füstöt észleltek.
A kiérkező tűzoltók megállapították, hogy az udvar felől ég az épület fa bejárati ajtaja.
A tüzet végül 7 óra 57 perckor sikerült eloltani. Ramunas Matonis, a Rendőrkapitányság sajtótitkára bejelentette a gyanúsított letartóztatását – egy 1984-ben született litván állampolgárt, aki ittas állapotban volt.
A rendőrség később arról számolt be, hogy a gyanúsított vasárnap délelőtt több épületet is felgyújtott.
A férfi a Legfőbb Ügyészség épületének első emeletén ideiglenesen elhelyezett faszerkezeteket és fóliát gyújtott fel, aminek következtében a tető faszerkezetei megégtek. Az elkövető indítékait még vizsgálják.

Az Ukrán Biztonsági Szolgálat (SZBU) egy négy gyerekből álló csoportot ártalmatlanított, amelynek a tagjai az orosz különleges szolgálatok megbízásából vasúti kapcsolószekrényeket gyújtottak fel Csernyihiv megyében, valamennyien életfogytiglan tartó börtönnel számolhatnak – közölte hétfőn az rbc.ua hírportál az SZBU Telegram-csatornájára hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint az orosz különleges szolgálatok egy 15 éves Nyizsin járásbeli lakost szerveztek be. A kiskorú könnyű pénzkereseti lehetőség után kutakodott a Telegram-csatornákon. A gyanúsított az ellenség utasítására két osztálytársát és egy másik kiskorú ismerősét is bevonta a törvénytelen tevékenységbe.
„Az ellenséges feladatok végrehajtása érdekében a tinédzserek először bemérték a vasúti berendezések földrajzi helyzetét, majd gyúlékony keverékkel felgyújtották azokat. Ezzel a vonatok biztonságos közlekedéséért felelős kapcsolószekrényeket tettek tönkre a vasút stratégiailag fontos szakaszán” – írta az SZBU. Négy gyújtogatót forró nyomon őrizetbe vették – tette hozzá a titkosszolgálat.
A gyerekek ellen személyek csoportja által hadiállapot idején elkövetett szabotázs cselekmények miatt indítottak büntetőeljárást. „Az oroszországi pénz helyett életfogytiglani börtönbüntetést kapnak” – mutatott rá az SZBU, megjegyezve, hogy jelenleg mind a négyen őrizetben vannak.

31 embert sebesített meg egy szír migráns Essenben szombaton délután, két gyerek életveszélyben van. A támadó házakba ment be, gyújtogatott, egy furgonnal épületeknek hajtott, majd machetével támadt járókelőkre.
„A rendőrség nem tudja, hogy mi áll a felfoghatatlan ügy hátterében, de nyilvánvalóan hasonló, mint a számtalan korábbi eset mögött” – írja a Mandiner a Bild cikkére hivatkozva.
A támadó szombaton délután 5 óra körül az Altenessener Strasse és a Pielsticker Strasse sarkán lévő lakóházban gyújtott tüzet, majd a Zollvereinstrasse felé hajtott, ott egy másik házban is felgyújtott valamit.
Aznap összesen 29 ember sérült meg a tűzesetekben, de a tűzoltóság most már 31 sérültről beszélt.
A szülők az ereszcsatornáról adták le gyerekeiket egy segítő karjaiba, kettő közülük ennek ellenére még most is életveszélyben van – írta a lap. Szerdán kora reggel Lembergben felgyújtották a Dzvin mozit, az épület teljesen leégett – közölte az rbc.ua hírportál a Lembergi Városi Tanács közlésére hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint „ma 06:00 óra körül tűz ütött ki a Dzvin moziban, a lembergi Bandera-emlékmű közelében.” Az épület teljesen leégett, az előzetes információk szerint a tüzet gyújtogatás okozta.
„A tűzben személyi sérülés nem történt. Azonban a szomszédos épületek – üzletek és magánlakások – megrongálódtak” – tette hozzá a városi tanács. A mentők és a rendvédelmi szervek jelenleg is dolgoznak a helyszínen – áll a közleményben.

Gyújtogattak a román parlamentben. A helyi katasztrófavédelmi hivatal közölte, hogy ismeretlen személy gyújtott tüzet a bukaresti épületben, emiatt a bent tartózkodókat ki kellett menekíteni. A román rendőrség keresi az elkövetőt.
Ismeretlen személy okozott tüzet kedden délután a román parlament bukaresti épületében, mintegy 300 embert evakuáltak, sérültek nincsenek – írta a román Országos Katasztrófavédelmi Főfelügyelőség (IGSU) jelentése alapján az Agerpres román hírügynökség.
A jelentés szerint a tűz a parlament épületének földszintjén, egy 30 négyzetméteres helyiségben keletkezett, miután az egyik látogató egy gyúlékony anyagot fröcskölt a terembe. Személyi sérülés nem történt, az egyik alkalmazott – akinek a ruháját szintén elérte a folyadék – pánikrohamot kapott – írta a News.ro. A portál azt is leírta, hogy az elkövetőt a biztonsági kamerák rögzítették. A férfi egy palack benzinnel dobta meg az egyik terem ajtaját, illetve az egyik alkalmazottat is lefröcskölte a gyúlékony anyaggal.
A bukaresti rendőrség eljárást indított az ismeretlen tettes felkutatására. Mivel az incidens a parlament épületének egy turisták által is látogatható részén történt, mintegy 300 személyt evakuáltak a hatóságok.
A rendőrség szerint a tűzben senki nem sérült meg, a lángokat rövid idő alatt eloltották, mivel a parlamenti tűzoltóegység ott volt a helyszínen.
A Digi24 a csendőrség tájékoztatása alapján arról számolt be, hogy a tettes nem haladt át a biztonsági ellenőrző ponton, ugyanis a román parlament ezen része szabadon látogatható. A férfi – a forrás szerint – a nála lévő rongydarabokat gyújtotta meg.

A férfiakat Telegram-csatornákon környékezték meg, a gyújtogatásokat videóra vették, s elküldték a „megrendelőnek”.

Három hónap nyomozás után az isztriai rendőrség három ukrán állampolgár ellen emelt vádat, akik még májusban az Isztriai-félszigeten, Medulin üdülőváros kikötőjében szándékosan okoztak tüzet, amelyben 22 hajó semmisült meg – írta a Jutarnji List című horvát napilap szombaton.
A tűzvész előtti események rekonstruálásával a bűnügyi szakértők megállapították, hogy a három ukrán állampolgár – két 25 és egy 28 éves férfi – május 14-én Lengyelországból érkezett Horvátországba. Leparkolták autójukat valahol Medulin környékén, majd gyalogosan indultak a jachtkikötőbe.
A térfigyelő kamerákon jól látszik, hogy egyikük átbújik a kerítés alatt, míg a másik kettő előtte őrködik. A fiatal férfi hajnali négy órakor az egyik jachtra egy gyúlékony anyaggal teli üveget dobott, az ott keletkezett tűz pedig átterjedt a többi hajóra, összesen 34-re, amelyek közül 22 teljesen megsemmisült. A hatóságok közlése szerint a tulajdonosoknak okozott károk értéke meghaladta a kétmillió eurót.
A rendőrség körözést adott ki a három ukrán állampolgár ellen, akik az eset után vélhetően azonnal elhagyták az országot, így jelenleg elérhetetlenek a horvát hatóságok számára.
Horvátország az egyik legnépszerűbb európai idegenforgalmi célpont és kedvelt hajózási hely. A kiégett hajók tulajdonosai között külföldiek is voltak. A rendőrség azzal a hajóval kapcsolatban, amelyre a Molotov-koktél dobták csak annyit közölt: pulai jelzést viselt és egy 65 éves ember tulajdonában állt.
