Részleges lockdown bevezetését fontolgatják Németország azon régiójában, amely leginkább megszenvedte a koronavírus világjárvány negyedik hullámát – számolt be a Reuters.
Szászországban, ahol Németországban a legalacsonyabb az átoltottság és a legmagasabb a fertőzési ráta, az alábbi intézkedések bevezetését fontolgatják: színházak bezárása, nagyszámú közönség számára szervezett koncertek és futballmérkőzések eltörlése, valamint a bárok és diszkók bezárása.
A keleti régió, ahol az elmúlt hónapban 14-szeresére nőtt az új fertőzéses esetek száma, és ahol sok oltásellenes él, a szélsőjobboldali Alternatíva Németországért párt (AfD) fellegvára.
A Forsa e hónap elején közzétett közvélemény-kutatása eredménye szerint Németországban a beoltatlan válaszadók fele a jobboldali populista AfD-re szavazott a legutóbbi szövetségi választásokon.
Michael Kretschmer szász kormányzó nem használta a „lockdown” szót, de azt viszont kijelentette, készen áll lépéseket tenni a járvány lefolyásának megváltoztatása érdekében. A törvény megszigorít néhány jelenleg hatályban lévő intézkedést azáltal, hogy arra kényszeríti a polgárokat, hogy a tömegközlekedési eszközökön és a munkahelyeiken igazolják, hogy felvették a koronavírus elleni védőoltást, vagy, hogy felépültek a fertőzésből valamint negatív COVID-19-tesztet mutassanak fel és viseljenek védőmaszkot. Ezen kívül eszközöket biztosít a tartományok számára, hogy a járvány súlyosságától függően intézkedéseket vezethessenek be.

Törökországban csütörtöktől egészen május 17-ig minden korábbinál szigorúbb, úgynevezett „teljes lezárás” lép életbe, miután a SARS-CoV-2 koronavírus okozta járvány mutatói még mindig sokkal magasabbak, mint amit az ország vezetése a turisztikai szezon megkezdéséhez kívánatosnak tart – jelentette be Recep Tayyip Erdogan török elnök hétfőn Ankarában.
Erdogan a kormányzat ülése utáni sajtótájékoztatóján elmondta: az új intézkedéscsomag április 29-én este 19 órától, megszakítás nélkül egészen május 17-én reggel 5 óráig lesz érvényben, tehát az iszlám böjti hónap, a ramadán végét követő első hétfő reggelig. A megszakítás nélkül azért hangsúlyos, mert eddig a hétköznapokra és a hétvégékre eltérő rendelkezések vonatkoztak.
A török államfő közölte, hogy a közintézmények alkalmazottai vagy távmunkában vagy „váltó beosztásban” dolgoznak tovább. Ezen felül kiemelte: minden olyan munkahely felfüggeszti tevékenységét, amely nem kapcsolódik a gyártáshoz, az élelmiszer-, valamint az egészségügyi ellátáshoz. A bankok megítélése egyelőre nem nyert bizonyosságot, viszont vasárnaponként még a szupermarket-láncok is zárva fognak tartani, amire eddig nem volt példa.
Az új rendelkezések a tartományok közti utazást is engedélyhez kötik, ez alól pedig még szállásfoglalás megléte sem jelent majd felmentést. Az éttermek és a kávézók – miként a ramadán április közepi kezdete óta – továbbra is zárva lesznek, és csak elvitelre vagy házhoz szállításra vehetnek fel rendelést. Az iskolák teljes mértékben online oktatásra állnak vissza, minden vizsgát elhalasztanak, illetve az óvodák is bezárnak.
Mindez összefoglalva a gyakorlatban azt jelenti, hogy a török társadalom többsége április 29. után hétfői és szombati napok között csak rövid bevásárlás vagy orvosi ellátás miatt hagyhatja el otthonát. A török vezetés drákói lépését az indokolja, hogy a járvány harmadik hulláma a napi esetszámok tekintetében ugyan a csúcsot már maga mögött hagyta, a halálesetek még mindig rekordközeliek, és a súlyos megbetegedések száma is csak épphogy mérséklődni kezdett.
Erdogan a sajtótájékoztatón leszögezte: az a céljuk, hogy a napi esetszámokat legalább 5000 alá visszaszorítsák. A török elnök ezzel kapcsolatban jelezte: erre azért van szükség, hogy „ne maradjunk hátra, amikor Európa megkezdi a nyitást, különben súlyos árat fizetünk a turizmustól a kereskedelmen át az oktatásig minden területen”.
Mindeközben a török egészségügyi minisztérium hétfő esti adatai szerint az újonnan igazolt fertőzöttek száma ismét csökkent. Az elmúlt 24 órában 37 312 pozitív esetet regisztráltak, miközben szerdán még 62 ezer közelében járt a mutató, már vasárnap is „csak” 38 553 volt ez az érték. A hétfői adattal az igazolt fertőzöttek száma 4,66 millióra nőtt. A halottak napi száma azonban továbbra is a szerdai rekordérték közelében mozog, amely akkor 362-t ért el. A hétfői adat 353 volt, ami valamivel magasabb is, mint az előző három napban, pénteken ugyanis 343-an, szombaton 339-en, vasárnap pedig 347-en haltak meg a betegség következtében. A járvány halálos áldozatainak száma immár 38 711-re emelkedett. A súlyos betegként nyilvántartottak száma hosszú idő után, ha enyhén is, de először mérséklődött, 3590-ről 3563-ra.
A török egészségügyi rendszer a hivatalos adatok szerint nincs túlterhelve: az intenzív osztályok ágyainak 28,4 százaléka szabad, míg a lélegeztetőgépek esetében 64,8 százalék ez a szám. Ankara március 1. óta nem országosan, hanem a tartományok kategorizálása szerint kezeli a koronavírus-járványt. Először április 13-án, a ramadán kezdetén szigorítottak az intézkedéseken.
A kis-ázsiai országban jelenleg a Sinovac, valamint a Pfizer/BioNTech koronavírus elleni oltóanyagával végzik a lakosság immunizálását. A kétdózisú készítmények első adagját eddig 13 millió 354 ezer, míg a másodikat 8 millió 204 ezer embernek adták be a 83,6 millió lakosból.

Április 26-tól május 9-ig lockdown bevezetésére kerül sor Cipruson. A kormány karantén korlátozásokat vezet be a koronavírus terjedésének visszaszorítása érdekében, mivel hirtelen megnőtt a betegek száma, számolt be a Cyprus Mail.
A lockdown idején 21.00 és 05.00 óra között kijárási tilalom lesz érvényben. Kivételt képeznek az orvosok és a létfontosságú ágazatok alkalmazottai. A bevásárlóközpontok, iskolák, tornatermek, élelmiszerboltok és szórakozóhelyek bezárnak. Bárok és éttermek kizárólag házhoz szállítást vállalhatnak.
A köztisztviselők minimum 20%-a távmunkára tér át.
A tömegrendezvényeket csak negatív PCR-teszttel, oltási igazolással vagy tanúsítvánnyal arról, hogy az elmúlt 3 hónapban már átesett a koronavírus fertőzésen, rendelkezők látogathatják.
A korlátozások csak húsvét vasárnapján nem lesznek hatályosak. A templomok a hívők jelenléte nélkül működnek.
Emlékeztetőül, április 1-je óta Ciprus nyitottá vált az ukrán turisták előtt.

Olaszország a legszigorúbb lezárásokat rendelte el a húsvéti ünnepekre, hogy megakadályozzák a koronavírus terjedését. Három napra az ország összes régióját ideiglenesen vörös zónává nyilvánították miután a harmadik hullám begyűrűzése óta naponta körülbelül 20 ezer újabb koronavírusos esetet regisztrálnak Olaszországban – írja a BBC-re hivatkozva az Index.
Mindez azzal jár, hogy az összes, nem létfontosságú mozgást korlátozzák, egyedül azt engedélyezik, hogy a húsvéti menüt két másik, nem a háztartásban élő felnőtt társaságában fogyasszák el az egy háztartásban élő családok.
A templomokat sem zárták be, ugyanakkor a híveket arra kérik, ha részt is vesznek a szertartásokon, azt lehetőség szerint a hozzájuk legközelebb eső istenházában tegyék.
Ezzel szemben a híveket idén sem engedik be a Szent Péter térre, ezért Ferenc pápa húsvéti üzenete ezúttal is az üres tér fölött fog elhangzani.
Olaszország az ünnepek után sem tervez különösebb lazítást, a régiók egy része továbbra is a vörös, míg mások a narancssárga zónában maradnak a hónap végéig.
A szigorítások nem pusztán a mind jobban terjedő vírus miatt, az egyre késő vakcina szállítmányok miatt is indokoltak Olaszországban, ahol eddig összesen több mint 110 ezren haltak meg a koronavírussal összefüggésbe hozhatóan, illetve 3,6 millióan estek át igazoltan a fertőzésen.

A francia kormány a koronavírus-járvány megfékezése érdekében szombattól az ország egész területére kiterjeszti azokat a korlátozásokat, amelyek Párizsban és további tizennyolc megyében már második hete érvényben vannak – jelentette be szerda esti televíziós beszédében Emmanuel Macron államfő.
Az intézkedések legalább négy hétig lesznek érvényben. A kormány által „harmadik utas” megoldásnak nevezett szigorítás lényege, hogy a fertőzés terjedését olyan intézkedésekkel kívánják megfékezni, amelyekkel nem kényszerítik otthon maradásra az embereket.
A kormány az otthoni munkavégzést ajánlja, az éjszakai kijárási tilalom továbbra is este 7 óra és reggel 6 óra között lesz érvényben, a lakhelyet napközben viszont időkorlát nélkül el lehet hagyni, de csak 10 kilométeres körzetben, a kültéri gyülekezés hat főig engedélyezett, a megyék közötti közlekedés viszont tilos, kivételt csak a halaszthatatlan vagy a hivatalos ügyek jelentenek.
Az államfő azt is bejelentette, hogy az iskolák, óvodák és a bölcsődék három hétre bezárnak, első héten távoktatás lesz, utána két hétig tavaszi szünet.

Ha Ukrajna különböző régióiban romlik a koronavírus-helyzet, akkor nem zárható ki az „egész ország lezárása” – közölte Olekszij Danilov, a Nemzetbiztonsági és Védelmi Tanács (RNBO) titkára egy szerdai rádióinterjúban, adta hírül az unn.com.ua hírportál.
Danilov az angol BBC ukrán adásának nyilatkozva jelezte, hogy az RNBO már a legközelebbi jövőben külön ülésen tekintheti át a Coviddal kapcsolatos helyzetet. „Tavaly márciusban vizsgáltuk ezt a kérdést az RNBO ülésén” – emlékeztetett, megjegyezve, hogy az RNBO hamarosan külön ülést fog tartani az ügyben. Szerinte a kérdés nem csak a koronavírust érinti, hanem a problémák egész láncolatát, beleértve a gazdaságot és sok minden mást.
Kérdésre válaszolva, hogy az RNBO ülése vizsgálhatja-e országos lockdown bevezetését, Danilov elmondta, hogy ez az emberek viselkedésétől függ. „Mi azon az állásponton vagyunk, hogy minden közösségnek, a törvénynek megfelelően, önállóan kell döntenie a teljes zárlatról vagy más korlátozások bevezetéséről” – hangoztatta. Mint kiemelte, ha egy egész megye lezárásáról van szó, az kivételes eset. De ha az események nem az optimista forgatókönyv szerint fognak alakulni, akkor nem zárható ki az ország egészének a lezárása, hiszen az emberi életek megmentése áll az első helyen – húzta alá Olekszij Danilov.

A technogén-ökológiai biztonság és rendkívüli helyzetekkel foglalkozó bizottság április 4-ig hosszabbította meg a lockdownt Lembergben.
A hírt Andrij Szadovij helyi polgármester közölte. Elmondása szerint az elmúlt nap során 63 személyt szállítottak kórházba a városban, s csupán hármat írtak ki. A város területén már dolgoznak a betegágyak számának növelésén.
Tárgyalások folynak azzal kapcsolatban is, hogy ideiglenes kórházat hoznak létre a helyi orvosi egyetem területén. Hozzátette, hogy a férőhelyeken kívül kritikusan alacsony az egészségügyi dolgozók száma is, azonban az elmúlt két nap során 350 üzenet érkezett a más régiókban tevékenykedő orvosoktól, akik készek segíteni a városban.

A vállalkozói szféra számára igazságos karantént és a szigorítások enyhítését követelve tüntettek vállalkozók pénteken Kijevben, Poltavában, Mikolajivben és Kramatorszkban – adta hírül a korrespondent.net hírportál.
A tudósítás szerint a fővárosban a Kijevi Városi Állami Adminisztráció épülete előtt a kisvállalkozók SaveFop szervezetének tagjai a lockdown bevezetése ellen tiltakoztak. A több tucat tüntető mindenkit arra szólított, hogy március 22-én csatlakozzon a Függetlenség terén tartandó tiltakozó akcióhoz. Egyúttal követelték a kijevi karantén-szigorításra vonatkozó rendelet visszavonását.
Poltavában a megyei állami adminisztráció épülete előtt a vállalkozások a karantén-korlátozások eltörlését követelték. Ugyancsak számon kérték a hatóságokon a vállalkozói szféra számára igazságos karantént. Azt is hangoztatták, hogy a korábbi lockdownok csak látszatintézkedések voltak.

Milo Djukanovic montenegrói elnök kezdeményezte az ország határainak azonnali lezárását a koronavírus járvány miatt kialakult fenyegető helyzet miatt, valamint az állampolgárok beoltásának felgyorsítását – számolt be az Ukrinform az RTCG-r hivatkozva.
„11 hónap alatt több mint 1000 montenegrói állampolgár halt meg a koronavírus fertőzésben. A betegek és az elhalálozások száma megköveteli az epidemiológiai intézkedések azonnali bevezetését és hatékony végrehajtását, beleértve az országba való PCR-teszt nélküli beutazás tilalmát, valamint az immunizációs folyamat felgyorsítását. Polgáraink egészsége komoly veszélyben van”- közölte a montenegrói elnök az állampolgárokhoz intézett beszédében.
A montenegrói elnök hozzátette, hogy „mindenkinek le kell küzdenie a megosztottságot és ellentmondásokat az állampolgárok egészségének védelme érdekében”. Ezalatt a Montenegróban kialakult feszült politikai helyzetet kell érteni, ahol a kormány és a parlamenti többség az elmúlt választások eredményei alapján kifejezetten elnökellenes.
Február 25-én megérkezett Oroszországból Montenegróba az első Sputnik V vakcina szállítmány. Korábban egy szállítmány orosz oltóanyagot a szomszédos Szerbia adott át Montenegrónak. Montenegró egészségügyi minisztériuma közölte, a Sinopharm és a Pfizer oltóanyagok szállítmányát várják.
