Nagyjából tizenegy ember tartózkodott a szupermarketben a baleset idején, mivel még éppen nyitásra készültek.
Beomlott egy bukaresti szupermarket mennyezetének jó része csütörtökön. Az esetnek egy sérültje is van, mégpedig egy 70 éves nő – számolt be a HotNews.ro. A lap szerint az áldozatot könnyű sérülésekkel szállították kórházba, további tíz ember pedig elhagyta a helyszínt. A bolt egyébként zárva volt.
A szupermarketben körülbelül két négyzetméteres részen letört a mennyezet egy darabja, amely ráesett a hölgyre. A beavatkozásban két tűzoltóautó és egy mentőszolgálat vett részt.
Ennél súlyosabb eset történt annak idején Budapesten, amikor egy Baross utcai bolt galériája omlott le. Az üzlet tulajdonosa raktárként használta a helyiség galériáját, amely nem bírta el a terhelést és leszakadt. A balesetben egy üzletkötő meghalt, többen megsérültek. Az ügyészség vádat is emelt a tulajdonos ellen.

Legkevesebben tízen meghaltak és hárman megsérültek, amikor egy golyóálló mellényt viselő fegyveres tüzet nyitott egy szupermarketben a New York állambeli Buffalóban – jelentette szombaton az amerikai sajtó.
A nevük elhallgatását kérő rendvédelmi tisztviselők azt közölték az AP amerikai hírügynökséggel, hogy az elkövetőt őrizetbe vették. A nyomozók úgy vélik, hogy a férfi élőben közvetíthette a lövöldözést az interneten, és azt is vizsgálják, hogy közzétett-e egy kiáltványt is.
A hatóság emberei szerint a gyanúsítottat Payton Gendronnak hívják, 18 éves, és a New York állambeli Buffalótól körülbelül 200 mérföldre délkeletre fekvő Conklin városából érkezett a helyszínre, hogy elkövesse tettét. A férfit még szombat este kihallgatta az amerikai szövetségi nyomozó hivatal (FBI) is.
A hatóságok „gyűlöletbűncselekménynek és faji indíttatású erőszakos szélsőségességnek” nevezték a lövöldözést.
A hivatalos közlések szerint az áldozatok közül 11-en afroamerikaiak ketten pedig fehérek. A szupermarket egy túlnyomórészt afroamerikaiak által lakott negyedben található, körülbelül 3 mérföldre (csaknem 5 kilométerre) északra Buffalo belvárosától. A rendőrök lezárták az áruház parkolóját.
A szemtanúk beszámolója szerint a fegyveres a golyóálló mellényen kívül katonai stílusú ruházatot is viselt, és a húszas évei elején járó fehér férfinek tűnt.
„Ott állt, a fegyvert az állához szorította. Mi folyik itt? – kérdeztük. Levette a sisakját, eldobta a fegyvert, és a rendőrök elfogták” – számolt be az esetről a 20 éves Braedyn Kephart.
Kathy Hochul, New York állam demokrata párti kormányzója azt írta a Twitteren, hogy „szorosan figyelemmel kíséri a szülővárosa, Buffalo egyik élelmiszerboltjában történt lövöldözést.” Közlése szerint az állami tisztviselők felajánlották segítségüket a helyi hatóságoknak.
Az Erie megyei seriff hivatala közölte, hogy a teljes rendelkezésre álló személyzetét arra utasította, hogy segítsenek a buffalói rendőrségnek. Anthony Coley, az amerikai igazságügyi minisztérium szóvivője közölte, hogy Merrick Garlandot, a tárca vezetőjét is tájékoztatták a lövöldözésről.
A bűntény alig több mint egy évvel azután történt, hogy 2021 márciusában, a Colorado állambeli Boulder egyik élelmiszerboltjában egy fegyveres 10 embert megölt.

Hétfő reggel 18 kilogramm kokaint találtak a banánok között egy horvát szupermarketben – írja a Ploče online.
A kokain, nem hivatalos értesülések szerint, banános dobozok között volt elrejtve. Állítólag teljesen véletlenül fedezték fel, miközben a munkások banánokat szedtek ki és raktak a polcokra már a vevőtérben. A Lidl külön nem kommentálta az esetet – írta a portál.
Bár a hatóságok nem erősítették meg, de a helyi sajtó – például a horvát RTL – szerint összefüggésben lehet ez egy másik üggyel: négy nappal korábban az ügyészség vádat emelt Oliver Čokara (47), Anđel Oršulić (35) és Goran Bebić (41) ellen, mert 56 kilogramm kokaint csempésztek Ecuadorból a ploče-i kikötőn keresztül. Ehhez pedig egy banánokkal teli konténert is használtak.
Az ügyészség a vádlottak személyazonosságának közlése nélkül arról számolt be, hogy Čokara, Oršulić és Bebić ellen a vád szerint 2020 márciusától 2021. március 6-ig egy ismeretlen ecuadori személlyel és egy vevővel álltak összeköttetésben, hogy kokaint csempésszenek Ecuadorból és azt Horvátországban továbbértékesítsék.

Vlagyikavkazban reggel 7 órakor helyi idő szerint robbanás történt a „Magnyit” nevű szupermarket területén. A detonációt gázkeverék okozta és porig rombolta az épületet.
A romok alatt a mentőcsapat csak egy biztonsági őrt találtak, aki szerencsére nem sérült meg komolyabban. Az esetet körülményeit vizsgálják.
Az épület, ahol a robbanás történt, háromszintes volt. Állítólag egy autonóm kazánház volt benne. A szupermarket mellett irodák és ruhaüzletek is működtek. A vészhelyzet idején a szupermarket bezárt. Az előzetes adatok szerint az épületben az őrségen kívül senki nem tartózkodott.
„A házak lakói, a járókelők és a robbanás idején elhaladó autósok egyike sem kért orvosi segítséget” – közölték a sürgősségi szolgálatok.
